The company grew out of Dr. Luther's increasing interest in the use of technology for research and program evaluation. Specifically, Dr. Luther pioneered web-based data collection and reporting for the Public Health industry through the creation of EvaluationWeb. Today, the company and EvaluationWeb have grown and become versatile enough to collect and report on almost any type of data. Technology has also played a part in all Luther Consulting services with the addition of online surveys and digital scanning, to name a few. As technology for research and program evaluation has increased and become more advanced over time, our ability to quickly and accurately conduct research has also increased. Ultimately, our goal is to use technological advancements for the continual improvement of clients' programs and services.
